ICONICS Releases GENESIS32 V9.1 HMI/SCADA Suite

ICONICS, an award-winning Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, announced the release of GENESIS32™ V9.1 for HMI/SCADA and Visualization. This release involves several improvements to the V9 release, originally launched in October 2006.

GENESIS32 V9.1, now includes ScheduleWorX™32; a Microsoft Outlook calendar-based scheduling capability that can be used in a variety of applications including building automation, discrete, and process (batch).

Specific applications include Lighting Control, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) control and Energy Management.

ScheduleWorX32 allows users to create time-driven sequences of automatically-executed commands. Sequences can be configured in regular weekly or daily schedules with special conditions, holidays, and vacations.

Schedules can also be modified online and manually over-ridden by the user. Set points, discrete values and text messages can be automatically downloaded to building controls and industrial devices based on flexible and user-definable daily, weekly and holiday schedules.

Additional V9.1 improvements include enhanced TrendWorX™32 reporting/viewing, significantly improved OPC DA response in AlarmWorX™32, a more intuitive Unified Data Browser, new license support for 64-bit operating systems, new hardware key support, new options for application security settings and full Microsoft Windows Vista UAC (User Account Control) support.
